Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser
Groomania 2026 is organised by Groomania BV, registered at Verzetslaan 29, 8552 Moen, Belgium, with company number / VAT number BE 1018.055.184.

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer declares acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
2. Official Ticket Sales
Tickets can only be purchased online via the official ticket link as published on the official Groomania website, www.groomania.be, and through the official communication channels of the organisation.

Groomania is not responsible for tickets purchased through external, unauthorised or fraudulent sales channels.
​
The organisation accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from purchases made via unofficial websites, social media profiles or third parties.
​
Only tickets purchased via the official Groomania ticket link are considered valid.
3. Tickets and Admission
Each ticket grants access to Groomania 2026 according to the purchased type (Visitor Access, Seminar Tickets, VIP Experience or other specific pass).
​
Seminar Access also includes access to the exhibition area on the same day(s) as the purchased ticket.
​
Tickets are personal. The organiser may request a valid identification document at entry.
​
The badge or specific wristband must be visibly worn at all times during the event.
​
Unused access rights do not give entitlement to any refund.
4. Payment and VAT
Tickets are only valid after full payment has been received.
​
All ticket prices are subject to the Belgian VAT rate of 21%, unless otherwise required by law.
​
Invoices are issued based on the ticket price as indicated during the purchase process. The invoice issued by Groomania relates exclusively to the purchased ticket(s) and the corresponding ticket price.
​
Any service, administration or platform fees charged by the ticketing platform are not part of the ticket price and are not included on the invoice issued by Groomania. These fees are charged separately by the ticketing platform and fall outside the responsibility of the organiser.
​
The buyer is responsible for providing correct invoicing details during the purchase process.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
​
Tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
​
In the event of full cancellation of the event by the organiser, the ticket price will be refunded, excluding any administration or transaction costs.
​
In the event of a change of date, the ticket remains valid for the new date. This does not automatically entitle the holder to a refund.
6. Resale and Transfer
If a ticket holder is unable to attend, the ticket may be resold or transferred at the holder’s own responsibility.
​
The organiser must be informed in writing of the transfer no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event, including the full details of the new participant.
​
Without timely notification, access may be refused.
​
The organiser is not responsible for any form of fraud, misuse or unlawful resale.
7. Administrative Fees for Changes
In the event of changes to invoicing details after purchase, including but not limited to changes of name, address, VAT number or transfer to another participant, an administrative fee of 10.00 EUR excl. VAT per change will be charged.
​
This fee amounts to 10.00 EUR + 21% VAT, being 12.10 EUR incl. VAT per modification.
​
The change will only be confirmed after receipt of payment of the administrative fee.
​
Administrative fees are non-refundable.
8. Fraud and Invalid Tickets
In case of suspicion or detection of fraud, including duplication, falsification or unauthorised resale of tickets, access may be immediately refused.

In such cases, no refund will be granted.
9. Student Discount
Students benefit from a 50% discount on Seminar Day Tickets (per day).
​
The student discount is only valid for day seminar tickets and not applicable to Visitor tickets, Full Seminar Experience or VIP All Weekend Pass.
The student discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or benefit programmes.
​
A valid student ID will be required at registration.
10. Safety and Capacity
The organiser reserves the right to temporarily limit or refuse access in accordance with applicable safety regulations, instructions from competent authorities or maximum permitted venue capacity.
​
Such measures do not give entitlement to any refund or compensation.
11. Commercial Activities
It is not permitted to carry out commercial activities, promotional actions, sales activities or any form of commercial communication within the event without prior written consent from the organiser.
​
In case of violation, access may be refused or the person concerned may be removed from the event without entitlement to a refund.
Professional photo, video or livestream recordings for commercial purposes are only permitted with prior written consent from the organiser.
​
Professional recordings include recordings with commercial intent, publication for sale, training, distribution or promotional purposes.
​
The organiser may stop unauthorised recordings and/or refuse access without entitlement to a refund.
12. Professional Recordings
The organiser is not liable for incidents, damage or accidents caused by alcohol abuse by participants.
​
Persons under the influence or engaging in disruptive behaviour may be refused entry or removed from the event without entitlement to a refund.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, judges, schedule or any part of the event without entitlement to a refund.
15. Liability
Participation in Groomania is at the participant’s own risk.

The organiser is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
16. Image Rights
During the event, photo and video recordings may be made. By attending Groomania, the participant grants permission for the use of such images for promotional purposes.
17. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kortrijk.
