Yes. A visitor ticket is required. It gives access to the trade show and to watch the competitions. Participation and seminars require a separate ticket.
Yes. Groomania is ideal for grooming students who want to learn, gain inspiration, and connect with professionals.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome at Groomania.
Please do not leave your dog in the car and make sure to clean up after your dog.
Visitors can enter from 8:30 am.
Yes. A separate seminar ticket is required. Registration in advance is mandatory. Choose between a VIP ticket or a day-specific seminar ticket.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the Groomania dinner & dance party. A quiet dog-sitting area will be available until 12 pm.
No, time slots cannot be reserved. The bathing area is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask competitors to be considerate of others.
No. Groomania provides bathing tubs, grooming tables, dryers, and shampoo in the bathing area.
We kindly ask competitors to use the equipment with care and only within the designated area.

Yes. We can provide an invitation letter for your visa application.

We will issue an invitation letter upon receipt of this information.
Yes. Camper accommodation is available nearby at Leie Kamper in Waregem.

Beginners can compete in the 4 official classes: Poodles, Pure breeds, Spaniels & Setters, and Handstripping breeds. Eligibility depends on experience and previous winnings. Please check the competition rules.
No specific documentation is required.
Competitors are expected to register honestly based on their grooming experience and previous winnings, in accordance with the competition rules.
A competition entry includes access to the competition area and trade show.
Seminars require a separate ticket.
Accompanying persons must purchase their own visitor ticket.
A seminar ticket also gives access to the venue and allows you to watch the competition. It does not include competition entry.
Yes. A day seminar ticket gives access to all seminars on that specific day.
You can choose between:
• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday
• All weekend (3 days)
• VIP weekend ticket
Access depends on the ticket type purchased.
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may resell your ticket privately or post it in the Groomania Community Facebook Group.(https://www.facebook.com/groups/groomaniaCommunity/)
Groomania does not manage or facilitate ticket resales.
